The Patient Transport Service improvement plan has been approved by the Scottish Ambulance Service Board.
The work that the Service has been conducting with patients, the public, staff and other stakeholders over the past two years in reviewing the Patient Transport Service has now informed a three year programme of improvement.
Over the course of 2012-2015 the Service will experience a degree of change inside, improving internal processes to deliver a better experience for patients.
