The Scottish Ambulance Service responds to over 600,000 A&E incidents each year and undertakes over 1.5 million Patient Transport Service journeys per annum. We are always keen to hear from patients and their carers about their experience of our services. This feedback is key to helping improve the quality of care we provide. There is now an additional way to give us feedback. Patient Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, which runs the Patient Opinion website, where patients can tell their story about their experience of the NHS.
